The RMH collects the pop tabs and then takes to to the Spokane Recycling Center. They use this money to pay for the cost of running the House and to help cover the cost for families who cannot afford to pay for their stay. If you think that your aluminum pop tab donation won’t make a difference, think again! For every pound of pop tabs collected, the House recycles the tabs and receives the current rate for aluminum. When we visit Derrick's family we plan on making a stop at the RMH house to say hello and drop off our collection of tabs. It's amazing how fast they add up! If you are interested in doing this let me know! I would be more than happy to pick up your tabs and take them to the house! PLEASE SAVE YOUR POP TABS!
